Lee does hit bit for BBC Children in Need

Hats off to vinvolved's Lee Goodier for once again proving that's prepared to go the extra mile for a worthy cause.

Today Lee visited Taylor Richards Hair Salon at The Heath Business Park and had his pristine, blonde hair dyed pink!

He's not simply paying tribute to Bret "The Hitman" Hart or Vyvyan from "The Young Ones", Lee is determined to raise funds for BBC Children in Need and if that involves making himself a bit more "high vis" than usual, then so be it.

If you'd like to see further photos of Lee's eventful lunch hour, please visit

If you're feeling inspired by Lee's performance and would like to make a donation to BBC Children in Need, you can do so by visiting
http://www.bbc.co.uk/pudsey/donate/

Alternatively, you could pop into HVA and pop your donation into Lee's collection box.

Well done Lee (you're a braver man than I am!) for once proving that HVA are determined to make a difference!

Matthew

Listen Again to the Voluntary Sector with HVA

Would you like a second chance to hear the latest episode of "The Voluntary Sector with HVA" on Halton Community Radio?

This episode (initially broadcast on Thursday 12th November) was all about the Children & Young People’s Third Sector Partnership.

First up, I chatted to Amanda O'Brien, the Lead Engagement Officer for the CYP3SP. Then we were joined in the studio by forum members who explained how their individual organisations make a difference in Halton, as well as how membership of the CYP3SP has affected them.

Guests included David Atkinson (from HITS) and CYP3SP Chairperson, Norma Hornby (from the Canal Boat Adventure Project).
