Or if you are feeling brave then come back after hours and explore the woods on the special Get Batty! bat walk on Monday 16th August 7.30pm. Walk around the woodland at dusk with the Rangers using torches and bat detectors to discover what lives at Norton Priory when the lights go out! Special entry price for the walk is just £2.50 per child including a spooky craft activity! Please book in advance.
Make sure you leave plenty of time for your visit – there is lots for families to do – Norton Priory is a museum, garden, woodland, nature haven, art adventure and peek into the past all rolled into one! You can…
• Get up close with nature in the woodland and Walled Garden, with quizzes and binoculars for budding nature detectives.
• Marvel at the Giant St Christopher statue and get hands on with activities in the gallery.
• Step into the past with dressing up and special story bags with games and toys.
• Get off the paths and run off some steam exploring the woodland and sculpture trail!
